Handbell Notation

Tools for writing for handbells.
* Set handchime notes to use diamond noteheads, and optionally color them red
* Generate a (plain text for now) list of handbells and handchimes used
* Find notes written on the wrong staff (treble clef below Db5 or bass clef above C#5)
